On Saturday, June 25th, we invite children to an educational event entitled „Wakacje z pszczołami” (Holidays with bees)!

CREATIVE WORKSHOPS - PAINT THE HOUSE FOR BEES AND POLLINATING INSECTS, MAKE A BEE WAX CANDLE
From 12:00 to 15:00, you can take part in creative workshops and decorate a house for bees and pollinating insects, as well as make a candle of natural wax yourself.
It will be possible to sign up for the classes on the day of the event at the stand of "Dziennik Bałtycki", which is one of the organizers of the campaign.
MEETING WITH THE BEEKEPERS
During the event, you will be able to meet and talk to beekeepers from the District Circle of Beekeepers in Pszczółki and educators from "Pszczółka" Educational Association. This is a great opportunity to find out why bees are so important to humans and nature, and to find out what the work of a beekeeper looks like.
You can also see the hive with live bees and see how these insects live and work.
TAKE PART IN COMPETITION
The educational campaign will be accompanied by a competition entitled "Moja pszczoła" organized in cooperation with "Dziennik Bałtycki", which will start on June 22nd and will last until July 11th.
To win the prize, use a special form on the website dziennikbaltycki.pl to send a photo of your own artwork related to the life of bees. This can be, for example, a drawing or a photograph of a decorated pollinator house.
